Ideally you will have:
A natural desire to please people!
Be reasonably fit to enable you to manage your cleans in a specified time frame. Honest & great work ethic. An eye for detail along with the ability to see a need we can sell our clients, A car to enable you to get to your jobs & good time management skills.
Ideally we would like to hire employees who can work one day a week from as early as 7.30am till as late as 6pm. But majority of our work is from 9am - 3.30 pm week days with the occasional weekend job (note: you always have a choice when you work, you do not have to work weekends).
And lastly a desire to make people happy!
